Product Description

The SAISO MPO Pro SM Connector with 3.0mm Round Boot is a high-precision singlemode multi-fiber connector designed for high-density optical connectivity. It incorporates a precision MT ferrule to provide accurate fiber alignment and stable optical performance in demanding fiber optic applications.

The 3.0mm round boot provides a compact and practical cable termination design while offering mechanical protection at the connector-cable interface. The connector is suitable for singlemode fiber applications in data centers, telecommunications, backbone networks, and other high-density optical interconnection systems.

Designed for reliable and consistent performance, the MPO Pro SM connector can be integrated into MPO trunk cables, patch cords, modules, cassettes, and other high-density fiber optic assemblies.

Features

  • Multi-fiber Integration: A single connector contains 8/12/16/24/32/72 fibers (12/24 fibers are commonly used), arranged in a single or multiple array.
  • MT Ferrule: Precision glass/ceramic multi-hole array with micron-level spacing to ensure accurate alignment of multiple fibers.
  • Guide Pins (Male): Two metal guide pins ensure perfect alignment between male and female connectors without misalignment.
  • Polarity (Key): Anti-mismating design (Key Up/Down) to prevent reverse insertion and incorrect wiring sequence.
  • End Face: PC/UPC (physical contact) and APC (8° angled end face with better return loss performance).
